Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account and follow the easy steps. All packaging include a return address for your ease.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges only in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your item. We have included a return address in all our packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

RETURN POLICY

You have a 30-day period from the day you receive your item to be returned.

Items must be in its original condition and packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use return address provided in packing slip to address your returned item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You have a 30-day period from the day you receive your item to be exchanged.

We require 2-3 business days from the day your item is received for your exchange to be processed.

You can only exchange an item in an order once.

Items bought on sale can't be exchanged for items at original price.
